Focused for older kids who have the capacity to follow direction and need individualized help in particular areas. We work with kids who are both athletic and non-athletic, overweight, bullied, sedentary, or have special needs. This program is a little more structured and provides more support. After a fitness evaluation, we sit down and tailor a program based on the needs of your child. If personal training is of interest, there are three options: 30 minute, 45 minute, and 60 minute sessions. Simply set up an appointment to meet with one of our trainers, and we will work with your goals, schedule, budget, and child’s personality to develop the perfect program for your needs
